The purpose for any online businesses is to solve their customers’ problem(s) or to satisfy a need or want.
So, how will your website solve the problem(s) for your customers or satisfy their needs or wants?
When it drills down to this, I would advise my followers to either be a customer themselves, or to be interested in solving the problems for their customers.
When you are a customer yourself, you will understand the exact problems faced by your customers, and you will be able to provide a suitable solution to them.
And, even if you are not a customer, your passion to find the best solution for your customers will provide great value to them.
